WTF?

I haven't posted in a while...I don't want to be a whiney b*&^%, so I only want to update when it's something that would really ONLY HAPPEN TO ME...so, here it goes....went to order my husband and my dad some kettle bells & video to go with it - I use my "Nautilus" card which is apparently through HSBC. On the order confirmation, it states to wait 5 business days before attempting to track through the link provided. So, I wait 7 business days and the link doesn't work. So, I contact Nautilus/bowflex via email & don't get a response...so, eventually like 3 days later I get a response from Nautilus stating that they no longer do business with HSBC and my order has been canceled - I'll need to re-order using a better form of payment. I paid on my "NAUTILUS" card - wtf??? They can keep their kettle bells and I don't know what I can use that account for now - since it was only good for Nautilus products. Bizarro world.
